Children's physiotherapy in a spider cage

Our goal is to deliver the most focused, holistic paediatric therapy service possible – intervening as early and as effectively as we can, whilst keeping our services accessible to every family who needs them.

At Kids' Therapy Works, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, regardless of their starting point or challenges. Since our establishment in 2010, we have dedicated ourselves to this mission across Essex and East Anglia, understanding that early intervention combined with expert, comprehensive care creates the foundation for lifelong success.

We're committed to providing exceptional therapy that transforms lives while ensuring our services remain within reach of the families who need them most - because every child's potential is worth investing in.

Our Story: 15 Years of Paediatric Excellence

Kids' Therapy Works began with a simple yet powerful vision: to create a therapy service designed exclusively around the unique needs of children and their families. What started as a small clinic in Copford has grown into a leading paediatric therapy provider, serving more than one hundred families across multiple locations.

Our journey has been marked by continuous growth and innovation: expanding to include Occupational Therapy in 2020, launching our innovative Equine Assisted Physiotherapy partnership in 2024, and adding Speech & Language Therapy in 2025. We opened additional clinics in Stanway and Brentwood in 2025, bringing our specialised services closer to more families across Essex and beyond. As we celebrate 15 years of transforming young lives in 2025, we remain committed to pioneering new approaches in paediatric therapy while maintaining the personal, family-centred care that has defined us from the beginning.

Our philosophy: child-centred, family-focused care

Early Intervention

We understand that early and comprehensive intervention—addressing physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development—is crucial because it can significantly impact a child's developmental trajectory and overall quality of life. Our approach focuses on:

  • Identifying potential early: Recognising developmental needs as soon as possible

  • Acting swiftly: Implementing intervention strategies without delay

  • Supporting holistically: Addressing all aspects of a child's development

  • Empowering families: Ensuring parents and carers are active partners in their child's journey

Why Families Choose Us

Exclusive Paediatric Focus

Unlike general therapy practices, we treat only children and young people. This specialisation ensures our approach, environment, facilities, and service delivery are completely child-friendly and family-centric.

We incorporate the latest research with NICE guidelines for best clinical practice, often pioneering new treatments and approaches in paediatric therapy. Our commitment to continuous learning ensures your child receives the most effective, up-to-date care available.
